West Central Minnesota Communities Action, Inc. has received funding for the (MURL) Minnesota Urban and Rural Homesteading Program. The Agency will be purchasing three (3) or more homes in Grant County and in Breckenridge, Minnesota. The purchase price of the homes should be less than $70,000.00; contain three bedrooms; and be suitable for rehabilitation.
